Plot: Legs Weaver and his colleagues at the Alpha Security and Surveillance Agency all live and work in East City, a futuristic metropolis with tens of millions of inhabitants and a hotbed of all kinds of dangers, from petty criminals to lunatics driven by a desire for world domination.
