Plot: Svetlana is a tough and dedicated transplant doctor who graduated from medical school with a master's degree. However, during her residency in St. Petersburg, Svetlana, defending her principles, caused a scandal in the hospital, after which she was assigned to the remote provincial city of Zapolyarsk in the Far North, where there is an acute shortage of doctors.
