The Duel of Hearts

Plot: Lyu Shao and Li Dun, once lovers, are torn apart when she becomes a consort and he a prince. After taking the throne, his love turns to cruelty, forcing her to plan an escape. A freak accident swaps her body with Noble Consort Wenzhao, who seizes power as Empress Dowager and tries to eliminate her.
