Plot: At first glance, the most ordinary provincial town of Veliky Guslyar is actually a unique point on planet Earth, where communication with parallel worlds and civilizations of other planets is open. Time travel, teleportation, talking animals, and parking flying saucers are commonplace for locals. The Gusliarians are so used to them that they hardly notice them.
