Plot: Si Jenks and Bob Carney go to one of those colleges where there are no classes -- although there is one befuddled, elderly professor who shows up for thirty seconds -- but there is lots of dancing, ukulele-playing, upper class men tormenting freshmen, and competition over Sally Starr, who seems to be the only student less than 30 years old.
