Plot: This movie follows Charlotte as she gets acquainted with her competitive neighbor Bonnie. A neighborhood watch is created when another neighbor is murdered. Unbeknownst to everyone, it was Bonnie who killed the neighbor. Will she be uncovered before it's too late?
