Thousand Mile Journey

Plot: Deals with the efforts of the Ninth Automobile Transportation Team deputy captain to improve public transit in rural Jiangcheng District, while simultaneously fighting mistaken lines of thought in the team and corruption and collusion with local black market thieves and operators taking advantage of the poor and inconvenient transport situation to fleece the local peasants.
