Just a Thought

Plot: Anna is waiting in a hospital hall. She is excited but also troubled. Her brother just woke up from an 11-month coma and she has to tell him that she has fallen in love with Sofia, his fiancée. Suddenly nothing makes sense anymore. Can just a thought give away her secret? What happens when you realise that people can hear your thoughts?
