Attack the Chupacabras

Plot: Jose, the town drunk is attacked by the Chupacabras and unknowingly becomes a Chupacabra himself. Like a vampire, he transforms and attacks his victims at night. His victims are typically very attractive women. Once bitten, these women lose their inhibitions. The problem is solved by two guys from a different galaxy.
