Shadow, Till You Return

Plot: Mona is left alone in a large and empty house after her lover left for the war front. She gets no news from him for months. The days are long. The old walls retain the memory of a warm love for a while. Mona waits, hopes, and wades around the abandoned house, like a shadow of who she once was.
