Surge of Dawn

Plot: Cinema's first openly gay superhero Surge returns for the crossover event of the year. This time Big City's greatest hero must team up with an unlikely hero a vampire who works for GOD named Dawn. Surge and Dawn must work together to save Big City from a new villain Blackout an evil necromancer who seeks to destroy Surge and gain a seat on the Council.
