In a World Without You Tomorrow

Plot: Third year high schooler Makoto lives in a rural town with his younger sister and his mother who runs a small shop. His childhood friend Shinpei has a crush on classmate Haruka, but realizes Haruka likes Makoto. Then Mizuki comes into their lives.
