Les rues de Pantin

Plot: Kogo, a Japanese filmmaker, has come to spend a few days in Pantin with an old friend. He is avoiding work. An incorrect address, the Romainville weather tower, a symposium about failure in art, a woman in blue, and another in a fur hat will totally mess up his plans.
