His Busy Day

Plot: A two-reel comic number featuring Toto the clown in his usual knockabout tricks. He is first seen flirting in a park, but later appears at a moving picture studio. He gets in trouble here and escapes dressed as a girl. He then invades the grounds of a dancing school, and later the winter quarters of a circus.
