The Art of Interviewing

Plot: The video shows Alan Greenwood, a marketing manager, conducting the first of a series of selection interviews to fill a marketing assistant vacancy. He is unaccustomed to conducting interviews and makes many mistakes, until the first candidate, an experienced interviewee, teaches him how to conduct an interview.
