Plot: A made-for-TV propaganda short created during the height of 'the war on drugs' to expose drug usage amongst teenagers. Only two men who are aware of such a dire situation, Burt Reynolds and Judd Nelson, can lay their insight on the epidemic that's preying upon the youth of America.
