Squeaker's Mate

Plot: Set in Gippsland in 1880 and based on the short story by Barbara Baynton, Squeaker (David Mitchell) and his mate (Myra Skipper) are a primitive, illiterate, poverty-stricken pair, who eke out a miserable living from felling timber in the remote bush.
