Fugitives from Bulkes

Plot: The film is based on real events and tells the story of a group of Greeks who successfully escape from the Boules camp and return to Greece. Boules was a town that took in Greek refugees from the Civil War of 1945-1949. The escape took place because the exiled leaders of the illegal Communist Party of Greece began to exterminate their former comrades who did not share the views of the clique of the party's new secretary general, Nikos Zachariadis. The atmosphere in the camp was unbearable in every respect.
