Shining Time Station: One of the Family

Plot: Mr. Conductor's sister and Kara's grandfather come for a visit. He builds a go-kart for Kara and wants her to participate in the annual race. Meanwhile, Mr. Conductor gets upset when his sister uses her magic to play tricks on others.
