Plot: Ajay Kumar (Warsi) is the newly appointed, honest SSP of Lucknow police who tries to crack down on the Uttar Pradesh mafia. He establishes a Special Task Force consisting of a physics professor (Pankaj Tripathi) to counter the politically backed criminal Gajraj Singh (Sushant Singh). Loosely based on the real-life late 1990s organized crime wave in Uttar Pradesh.
