Plot: There are surveillance cameras all around us in the streets, but once the dead stare into them they become "Death Cams", projecting things out of this world. In an elevator, at a convenience store and a questionable occurence at an intersection. This horror documentary is a collection of bizarre and frightening videos captured by "surveillance cameras", of which there are said to be more than 4 million all across Japan!
