Plot: NSB National Day in the RAI building in Amsterdam. Arrival at Central Station of many NSB members marching in procession to the RAI, carrying flags. Anti-fascist elements among the crowd along the route attempt to disrupt the procession. In the RAI, Mussert delivers a speech to a large audience.
