Lost, Strayed or Stolen

Plot: After Jones kicks David Phillips off his ranch, Phillips finds Jones' young grandson who had strayed away from the ranch. Not allowed on Jones' ranch, he leaves the boy at another ranch with a note. With a reward being offered for the boy's return, Jones' foreman finds the boy and alters the note to make it look like a kidnaping.
