At the Doctor's

Plot: When doctor suddenly left his workplace, a mechanic who came to fix the installations jumps into his chair. Now the “doctor” has to deal with a fake patient with the intention of retiring with disability, a paranoid who handles an axe very well; a mobster on forced leave.
