Plot: In the 19th century, in Amapá, a territory disputed by Brazil and France, prospector Joaquim is forced by Lunier, a French explorer, to reveal the secret of a potential gold mine. Imprisoned and threatened, Joaquim must use his cunning and knowledge of the forest to escape the enemy's clutches.
