It took place on April 16, 2023, at the Rebel Entertainment Complex in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Nine matches were contested at the event, including two on the pre-show. In the main event, Deonna Purrazzo defeated Jordynne Grace to win the vacant Impact Knockouts World Championship.
