His Honor the Mayor

Plot: Charles Murray is running for mayor. Opponent Eddie Baker has a young woman go into his shoe shop and, while changing stockings, say things that will alienate the women voters; Baker tells her it's a practical joke, and he'll get her boy friend out of jail.
